Logitech had previously announced that it will be working with Tencent to launch a new handheld gaming console. Now, a new leak has revealed some key specs of this upcoming console as well as its design.

The original first images of the company’s first handheld gaming console was shared by Evan Blass. Although, his tweets got DMCA striked, which basically confirms that his leak was accurate. Following this, Kuba Wojciechowski managed to uncover a lot more details regarding the upcoming Logitech handheld cloud gaming console than the original Evan Blass tweet. Apparently, the brand plans on called the device the “G Cloud,” which basically hints at its primary functionality.

Over the last couple of weeks, this handheld gaming console has even been spotted on various online platforms, ranging from benchmarking on GeekBench, to even Google Play Console, the FCC, and the USPTO certification websites. Based on these listings, Wojciechowski has stated that the Logitech G Cloud console will be powered by a large 6,000mAh battery pack under the hood. Furthermore, the front will sport a 6.9 inch display that has a 1080p resolution and a 320 PPI pixel density.

The listings also revealed that the G Cloud handheld gaming console will feature WiFi 5 standards, packs 4GB of RAM, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC, which is a mid range chipset from 2019. Apparently, the company believes that this chipset will be capable enough to run cloud based video game titles. Finer details regarding the console is still unknown, although it is believed that the G Cloud will run on Android 11 OS.
