Xiaomi has added yet another clothes-drying gadget to its lineup of devices. It is the MIJIA Smart Clothes Dryer Pro with a load-carrying capacity of 35kg. It is a clothes dryer. The new product will be available via a crowdfunding campaign, according to Xiaomi.
The MIJIA Smart Clothes Dryer Pro is an upgrade from the MIJIA Smart Clothes Dryer and MIJIA Clothes Dryer. It has an ultra-thin design and supports embedded hidden installation. The gadget can be retracted and completely hidden in the ceiling after use. The clothes drying pole is 9.8cm thick when folded which is quite compact.
The MIJIA Smart Clothes Dryer Pro has a large curved LED light board whose brightness can be adjusted via the MIJIA app. It supports step-less brightness adjustment allowing users to choose brightness levels according to their needs. The dryer is equipped with 16 clips, drying rods, 4 horizontal rods, and 42 hanging holes. The length of the drying rod can also be adjusted telescopically down to 1.1m.
The Smart Clothes Dryer Pro seamlessly integrates with the Xiaomi smart ecosystem. You can control the gadget through Xiao AI Voice, the MIJIA App, a remote control, and via the home screen. It features several built-in protection mechanisms for enhanced safety as well as a light-tone DC motor.
In terms of installation, you can install the dryer under different scenarios. It can be installed on different roof types including wood, concrete, gypsum, and suspended ceiling. The crowdfunding campaign for the Xiaomi MIJIA Smart Clothes Dryer Pro kicked off on September 7 with a 1,199 yuan launch price.
