OnePlus has been gearing up to launch its first smartwatch under the Nord branding, dubbed as OnePlus Nord Watch. The device is yet to make its official debut despite it being leaked several months ago.
Now, in the latest development, the company has officially revealed some of the key details about the smartwatch’s display ahead of the launch in the coming weeks.

The teaser images for the OnePlus Nord Watch shared by the company reveals that the device will come with a rectangular screen. The company has also confirmed that it will feature a 1.78-inch display, which is a bit bigger compared to the 1.39-inch screen on the company’s existing OnePlus Watch.
It has also been confirmed that the display on the upcoming smartwatch will come with support for a screen resolution of 368 x 448 pixels. Although it is lower than what the competition is offering, the company isn’t shying away from tagging it as “high” resolution.
Further, the company adds that the AMOLED display on the OnePlus Nord Watch will offer up to 500nit brightness. The company has not revealed more details about the product, but reports indicate that it could offer a 10-day battery life.
We expect OnePlus to keep sharing more details about the upcoming smartwatch through teasers and posters as the launch date nears. The company has not yet confirmed the launch date, but it should go official in the coming days.
