For those unaware, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO offered to buy Twitter for 44 billion US Dollars back in April 2022. However, the deal was soon put on hold over disputed regarding the number of fake and spam accounts that Twitter claimed to have on their platform. The social media giant claimed that the percentage was less than 5 percent, but Musk decided to pull out of the deal. He claimed that the microblogging website did not comply with his contractual obligations.

Thus, Musk backed out of the deal back in July 2022 as he claimed that the company failed to provide him with relevant business information. In response to this, the social media company filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk to force the billionaire to make the original purchase. The company accused Musk of disrupting its operations and even destroying their stockholder value.

However now, Musk’s changing his mind about the buyout arrives before the trial, which was set to begin in October 17. Since Elon is set to acquire Twitter again, the trial should fall through unless he has another change of heart. So stick around for more, as we will be providing updates when additional information is available regarding this matter.
