Lenovo‘s latest wireless Bluetooth headset is the ThinkBook UC100. The product has been unveiled in China but is only up for reservation at the moment. The Lenovo ThinkBook UC100 neckband earbud has all the bells and whistles of decent headphones but isn’t a premium device.
In terms of design, the ThinkBook UC100 neckband headphones feature a streamlined collar made of a skin-friendly soft rubber material. The material makes wearing the headset for a long period of time comfortable. The design also includes an inclined ear tube design to eliminate the pressure on the ear. The left and right earbuds are designed with magnetic suction to prevent entanglement and are more convenient to carry.
One of the impressive features of the ThinkBook UC100 is that it supports dual connection. This means that it can be connected to a computer and a mobile phone at the same time. The usage can be switched according to the priority of applications such as calls, conferences, and music.
In terms of sound, the ThinkBook UC100 has a built-in 13mm large moving coil sound unit with appreciable sound quality. With a high-sensitivity noise-canceling microphone, it can effectively filter noise and make calls clearer.
At the same time, the headset uses a Bluetooth 5.0 chip, with a standby time of up to 100 hours and audio playback of up to 10 hours. At the same time, it supports fast charging and can be fully charged in just 2 hours.
In addition, the new product is equipped with a computer-specific receiver, which is Plug and Play. The wearable device equally comes with IPX5-level waterproof protection, making it usable during workouts and other activities that could see it get splashed. It also supports quick control which allows users to carry out functions such as turning off the microphone, answering calls, and hanging up the call with the press of a button.
