German audio manufacturer Sennheiser has launched the new CX 500BT true wireless earbuds. The CX 500BT is a premium headset that not only packs a compact size, it also comes with a price tag of 1299 yuan ($178).
Sennheiser CX 500BT Wireless earbuds are equipped with Sennheiser TrueResponse drive units, with a frequency response range of 5Hz-21kHz. The response range covers deep bass to natural mid- and high frequency sounds.
At the same time, the headset has a powerful active noise reduction function. The user only needs to touch the left headphone unit to turn on the transparent listening function. Each headset adopts a dual-microphone beamforming array pickup mode, which can reduce background noise and improve the sound quality of calls.
In terms of connectiviity, the wireless earbuds feature support for Bluetooth 5.2 which can provide a stable connection. The wearble device also supports SBC, AAC, aptX and aptX adaptive codec technology, which can achieve high-resolution, low-latency sound experience.
As for battery life, the CX 500BT wireless earphones can each last up to 8 hours. The battery life can be extended to 24 hours using the charging box. The earbuds also come with fast charging as a 10-minute charge can support up to 1 hour of music playback.
The Sennheiser CS 500BT wireless earbuds are presently available in China via TMall and it is priced at 1,299 yuan ($178).
