The Xiaomi Outdoor Camera CW400 has been unveiled in China. The new Xiaomi product comes with a high-gain dual antenna that provides stability in long-distance transmission. The camera has a 4MP F1.6 aperture sensor with ultra-clear 2.5K image output.
The Xiaomi CW400 has a resolution of 2560 x 1440p and offers a wider transmission distance and stronger penetration than others. The built-in high-gain dual antenna setup allows for seamless transmission of data. The camera is equipped with two built-in infrared lights and two white lights to guarantee full-color night vision. The camera is also capable of maintaining color in weak light environments.
The Xiaomi CW400 outdoor camera has a horizontal viewing angle of 360 degrees and a vertical viewing angle of 160 degrees. This means that the camera can cover a wider field view. It is rated IP66 for dustproof and waterproof protection. It also features intelligent noise reduction and a 15-meter radius for sound recording. The smart camera features AI humanoid detection, sound and light warning, time-lapse photography, and cloud storage to supplement local storage.
The Xiaomi Outdoor Camera CW400 is available on pre-sale in China at a retail price of 279 yuan (~$39). It is unclear whether several color options are available for the product. However, we know that a white color option is part of the mix as shown in the images. Global availability details for the CW400 are lacking at this time.
