The Realme GT Neo 5 will house a 6.7-inch flat OLED screen with support for a 1.5K resolution and an optical under-display fingerprint scanner. The device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and 12 GB of RAM.

The GT Neo 5 will pack a 5,000mAh battery with 150W charging. It will have a 16-megapixel selfie camera and a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera setup.
