iQOO 11 series and the mid-range iQOO Neo7 SE were supposed to launch in China on December 2, but the event got postponed following the demise of Chinese leader Jiang Zemin. Today, iQOO announced that the launch of the new handset has been rescheduled for tomorrow. The brand has already confirmed that the vanilla iQOO 11 will debut in South East Asia on December 8.

iQOO took to Weibo to announce the new Chinese launch date of the iQOO 11 series as well as the iQOO Neo7 SE. The Vivo-owned company confirmed that the new devices will be unveiled in its home country on December 8 at 14:30 local time.

iQOO 11 series is expected to include two smartphones—the standard iQOO 11 and the higher-end iQOO 11 Pro. Both handsets will be equipped with the second-generation Snapdragon 8 chipset and self-developed Vivo V2 chip. The smartphone will come with LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage. They will flaunt the world’s first 2K 144Hz E6 display.

The standard version will pack a 5000mAh large battery and support 120W flash charging. The Pro phone, on the other hand, will be equipped with a 4700mAh battery and boast crazy-fast 200W flash charging. The company says the iQOO 11 Pro will be charged to 100% in around 10 minutes.

As mentioned, iQOO will also be launching the mid-range Neo7 SE on the same day. The handset is expected to offer great value for money. It will be the first smartphone to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. The processor will be paired with LPDDR5 RAM and overclocked UFS 3.1 storage. It will come with 120W ultra-fast flash charging, which will allow it to charge from 1% to 60% in just 10 minutes. The handset is equipped with a large 5000mAh battery.
