The flagship model in the series, the Children’s Watch 5X Pro, has a unique detachable design that allows users to switch between a color OLED display and a black and white segment code screen.
One of the standout features of the Huawei Kids Watch 5X Pro is its ability to switch to the do-not-disturb mode when the black-and-white segment code screen is in use. This is ideal for learning scenarios, as it allows children to focus on their studies without being interrupted. Additionally, the detachable design of the watch makes it easy for children to take photos with friends or look up word translations using the camera.
In terms of security, the Children’s Watch 5X supports indoor high-precision positioning in over 8000 shopping malls, airports, and other locations. It can even rely on surrounding Huawei smartphones to assist with positioning when the watch is turned off or without a network connection, ensuring that children are always safe.
The Children’s Watch 5X series also includes an end-to-end security monitoring mechanism, which helps protect the privacy and security of data. Pre-orders for the Children’s Watch 5X Pro and the standard Children’s Watch 5X are currently available online, with prices starting at 1998 yuan ($287) and 1598 yuan ($229 USD) respectively.
