Redmi has scheduled a launch event tomorrow in China, where it will introduce the long-awaited Redmi K60 series. Alongside the flagship lineup, the brand will also launch some smart products, such as the Redmi Watch 3, Band 2, and Buds 4 lite. The OEM has already revealed some details about the smart band and the earbuds. And today, it has teased the display specs of the upcoming watch 3. Here are the details.

Redmi Watch 3 is expected to as a successor to the Watch 2, which was launched back in 2021. The new wearable will likely bring some upgrades in terms of display and performance. As per the recent teasers, the smartwatch will have a 1.75-inch AMOLED screen, with a display area 14.8% larger than last year’s model.

In addition, the Watch 3 will offer a pixel density of up to 341 PPi, higher resolution, and a maximum brightness of 600nit. Further, the watch will support Bluetooth calling technology, enabling users to attend incoming calls directly through the watch’s interface via a built-in speaker and a microphone.

The company also claims that the new smartwatch will be more power efficient than its predecessor. Other details about the Redmi Watch 3 are yet to be known. We can expect the wearable to be priced similarly to the Watch 2. To recall, it was launched at a price of 349 yuan ($50).

As mentioned, Redmi will also launch the Band 2 and Buds 4 lite on the same day. The new smart band will arrive with a 1.47-inch screen with a display area 79% larger than the original model. It will have a 9.99mm thickness.
