Poco is gearing up to launch the successor of the Poco X4 Pro, dubbed the Poco X5 Pro. The device is expected to make its debut in India by the end of January. Recently, we got the detailed specification of the X5 Pro through a leak. And now, the device has appeared on NBTC, EEC & BIS databases.

The Poco X5 Pro has appeared on NBTC and EEC with model number 2210132G, while the Bureau of Indian Standard has it listed with 22101320I. The POCO X5 Pro NBTC certification listing attests to the smartphone’s name. Nothing else is revealed in the certification aside from that. The POCO X5 Pro will, however, be a rebranded Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition, which was just released in China, according to the model number.

Poco X5 Pro specs

Considering that the Poco X5 Pro is a rebranded Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition, it will likely pack a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC, combined with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, will most likely power the smartphone. The device’s 5,000mAh battery might enable 67W fast charging.

The Poco smartphone might have a 16MP front-facing camera. While for photography, it might have a triple back camera array with a 108MP main sensor as its spotlight. An 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro camera are anticipated to be used in addition to the primary sensor.

The device’s specifications might match those of the Redmi Note 12 SE, but it might have a different design. We say this since the Poco X4 Pro from last year, which had a unique design but was also rebranded, was also a rebranded device.
