With the touch of a button, you can execute a personalized routine function via the Samsung SmartThings app. The Smart Button is located at the top of the device and you can customize your routines according to the touch method. The three options are accomplished via a short press, a double press, and a long press. You can run this routine without opening the SmartThings app.

The SmartThings Station supports the SmartThings Find location service. This allows the user to determine the location of his smartphone or tablet at home. This is achieved by pressing the SmartThings button twice. Thereafter the product will start ringing to identify its location. The SmartThings Station supports 15W wireless charging of devices like smartphones, tablets, and so on. The built-in cooling fan in the gadget reduces power loss and improves charging efficiency. The device can accommodate pre-set routines during wireless charging.
