A new listing of the Honor Magic5 has confirmed that the smartphone features 66W charging support. The Honor Magic5 comes with a bundled charger that delivers up to 66W fast charging speed. The Honor Magic5 listing was on China’s 3C agency.

As per the certification listing, the manufacturer of the product was stated as Honor Device Co. Ltd, which is also the applicant. The product is listed as a 5G digital mobile phone with the model named PGT-ANDO. The issue date of the certification was 02-02-2023.

As usual, these certifications point to an imminent launch. It has already been announced that the Magic5 series will be unveiled on February 27.

The Magic5 series includes the Magic5, Magic5 Lite, Magic5 Pro, and Magic5 Ultimate. The 66W charging speed mentioned in the certification could be the baseline and this could reach 100W. The vanilla model in the series offers the same 66E charging as the Magic4. The Honor Magic5 lineup will be unveiled later this month. The Magic5 will share the spotlight during MWC in Barcelona, Spain.

As previously rumored, the Magic5 Lite could be powered by the Snapdragon 695 chipset. The other models in the lineup will come with the premium Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The top models in the lineup will also have 50MP cameras, as per previous rumors. There are no definite color options for the Magic5 but we expect at least green and black variants.

As the buildup to its launch gathers momentum, more details about the Honor Magic5 series will surface. Some of these details include pricing and global availability information. Honor will hope the Magic5 will get a decent reception in China, Europe and other markets.
