Realme will be unveiling its latest flagship smartphone— the GT Neo 5— in China on February 9. The handset is confirmed to debut with some groundbreaking technologies and aims to push the envelope further. While we wait for Neo 5’s official debut, Realme has confirmed it is readying yet another flagship smartphone. The device in question is the Realme GT 3 and it is teased to launch pretty soon in India.

A recent Tweet from Realme confirms that the company is gearing up to launch the Realme GT 3 smartphone in India. The company hasn’t revealed any details about the upcoming smartphone but hinted it will focus on speed and performance. The tweet says #SpeedToTheMax, this might suggest the GT 3 will boast super-fast charging, like the GT Neo 5.

Leakster OnLeaks recently shared the alleged retail box of the GT 3, which reveals the smartphone will support crazy-fast 240W charging. In addition, the rumor mill suggests the handset will in fact be a rebranded GT Neo 5. The latter is confirmed to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and fast 240W charging as well.

Various teasers and leaks have revealed that the GT Neo 5 will pack a 4,500mAh battery and will also have a 150W charging variant. It will arrive with a triple camera setup on the back, headlined by a 50MP Sony IMX890 main camera. There will be a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout. The panel is said to support a 144Hz refresh rate.

Further, the Realme flagship will be equipped with an IR Blaster and multi-color RGB lights. It will run Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 out of the box.
