OnePlus 11 was recently introduced, and many tech channels including Gizmochina have posted their reviews. He reviewed the OnePlus 11 and called it ‘beautiful’ but lacking ‘any real identity’. Here are the details…

Carl Pei reviews the OnePlus 11, calls it ‘beautiful’ but has ‘no real identity’

For those who don’t know, Carl Pei is the co-founder of OnePlus, but he left the company a while ago and started a new company called Nothing. With a media-savvy and playful personality, Pei has recently started reviewing his rivals’ models on Nothing’s YouTube channel. After his first review of the iPhone 14 Pro, his next review surprised everyone with the release of a video reviewing the OnePlus 11. Pei conducts the review of the phone as an independent tech editor. He starts by acknowledging that he hasn’t used a OnePlus phone in a long time.

The CEO of Nothing then lists his likes and dislikes about the OnePlus 11. At one point, he touches on the production cost of the phone. According to his estimation, the production cost of one of the flagships, including the license for Hasselblad, is around $480. In this case, a profit of roughly $300 is made from each phone. It’s worth mentioning that the costs do not include logistics and other expense. You can watch the full review below.

As mentioned, Carl Pei and Nothing are the only ones who have posted reviews of the OnePlus 11.
