The Heybike Tyson e-bike has been unveiled. The latest Heybike offering comes with a 750W electric motor and support for a raft of modern features. The Tyson has a foldable form factor and hydraulic front-fork suspension. The bike’s disc brakes offer excellent stopping power and its one-piece foldable design pits it squarely against its competitors.

Apart from its foldable construction, the Heybike Tyson has a rear rack and optimal battery positioning. It squares up nicely with the ENGWE but Heybike says the Tyson offers greater peace of mind with a raft of modern features. It supports 4G network connectivity, Bluetooth, and GPS with push notifications. The GPS notification alerts the owner when the e-bike is being moved from its parking position.

The Tyson has a companion smartphone app that gives the user information on the trip (battery status, mileage, navigation, and general status reports). The Tyson’s 48V/ 15Ah battery delivers a pedal assist range of 55 miles and 40 miles without pedal assist. The Tyson has a 7-inch TFT display for modulating the power and speed while riding. The bike has a top speed of 28mph (45km/h) and is a Class 2 vehicle. It has a 7-speed Shimano gear and will be available in three colors – blue, green, and black.
