JBL has expanded its range of TWS earphones in India. The latest offerings from the Harman-owned brand are called JBL Wave Buds and Wave Beam. Both earphones have similar specifications apart from a different designs. They compete against other TWS earphones under the Rs 5,000 price segment in the market. Read on to know what the JBL Wave Buds and Wave Beam offer out of the box. 

The JBL Wave Buds feature an in-ear design whereas the Wave Beam comes with a semi-in-ear stem and silicon ear tips. Users can control various functions with smart touch on the earbuds. Both audio devices are IP54-certified dust and water-resistant. 

In terms of audio, the JBL Wave Buds and Wave Beam are equipped with 8mm drivers that are said to offer deep bass sound. The TWS earphones feature smart ambient technology that allows users to have keep listening to music while being aware of background noise. There is also a Talk-thru feature that lets users hear others without removing the earbuds. The audio devices are compatible with JBL Headphones app for various customisations. 

The JBL Wave Buds and Wave Beam come with Bluetooth 5.2 and Google Fast Pair. Both TWS earphones are claimed to offer a total battery life of up to 32 hours and support fast charging. 

The JBL Wave Buds are priced at Rs 3,999 whereas the Wave Beam costs Rs 4,999. They are offered in White, Black, Peach, and Blue colours. The TWS earphones will be available for purchase starting February 24th from the brand’s website and retail stores.
