Logitech has unveiled its latest racing cockpit and it comes with global compatibility with several products. The Logitech Trophy G cockpit will operate seamlessly with steering wheels, pedals, consoles, and PCs of different builds. The new Logitech solution is a cost-effective solution for racing simulator players.
The product is the output of a collaboration between Logitech and Playseat and it is actually named Playseat Trophy-Logitech G Edition racing cockpit. Playseat is a manufacturer of game accessories and the new Trophy G cockpit holds lots of promise for both companies. The cockpit adopts an open design and is made of lightweight carbon steel and anodized aluminum parts. The cockpit’s seat is made of polyurethane leather and ActIFit material. The seat fits more closely and comfortably with the body.
The Trophy G seat can be tilted and moved in forward/ backward and up/ down positions. The steering wheel and pedal board’s position can also be adjusted. The cockpit weighs 17kg and has dimensions 140 x 58 x 100 cm. As earlier mentioned, the chassis is compatible with all steering wheels and pedals currently on the market. It also supports all the major game consoles and PCs. The Trophy G can be used with Logitech’s professional series racing steering wheels and pedals.
The Playseat Trophy-Logitech G racing cockpit comes with a two-year warranty. It is currently available in the United States, Canada, and selected markets for $599. The Trophy G racing cockpit could provide a perfect match between the steering wheel bracket and the seat for a more immersive experience.
