The tempo around the yet-to-be-released Garmin Forerunner 265 series smartwatches has continued this week. The smartwatch has remained on the front burner of the rumor mills from vendor listings to high-resolution renders. New images and the full spec sheet of the Garmin Forerunner 265 and Forerunner 265S have now surfaced online.

Garmin plans to release the Forerunner 265 with a 46mm display while the Forerunner 265S will come as a 42mm smartwatch. Both models, as per a new leak, will come in three colors, with a rumored launch price of $449.99. The current arrangement for the Forerunner 265 series follows the same pattern as the Forerunner 255 that came in two variants as well. The Garmin Forerunner 255s had a 42mm display while the Forerunner 255 came in a 46mm size.

A leaked Retail Training document indicates clearly that the Forerunner 265 will be available in Aqua, Black, and Whitestone colors, in combination with black, powder gray, and Tidal Blue watch bands. The Forerunner 265S will be available in black, light pink, and Whitestone colors, in combination with Amp Yellow, Whitestone, and Neo Tropic watch bands. Both models have the new AMOLED screens with thinner display bezels and overall more appealing designs.

Garmin Forerunner 265

All Garmin Forerunner 265 series smartwatches will support Amazon Music, Deezer, and Spotify playbacks. Thus Garmin will not sell dedicated Music models of the Forerunner 265 series. The models will come with 8GB of storage and Garmin is expected to release the Forerunner 265 and 265S in a matter of weeks.
