Last month, Gigabyte unveiled the AORUS 15 and AORUS 17 gaming laptops as the latest addition to its premium lineup. The launches came a month after the company debuted the top-end AORUS 17X and 15X models. Now, the non-X variants are finally hitting store shelves. The AORUS 17 and AORUS 15 models boast powerful components, including the Intel 13th-gen Core i7-13700H processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 laptop GPU with access to a maximum 140W TGP through Dynamic Boost technology.

The laptops also feature an upgraded WINDFORCE Infinity cooling system that can handle up to 160W TDP and offer a 240Hz refresh rate at 1440p resolution, with the 15-inch model additionally offering a 360Hz display option. The 15-inch model is also offered with a QHD panel that has a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage.

The design features an aluminum alloy cover and RGB Light Bar for a sleek gaming appearance, while the WINDFORCE Infinity cooling system allows for more I/O ports on the back, including a Thunderbolt 4 source of 100W, an HDMI 2.1 port, and a mini DisplayPort 1.4. Additionally, both laptops can be equipped with up to 65GB RAM, providing ample power for demanding gaming and creative tasks such as video editing.

Pricing

Amazon now offers four new Gigabyte AORUS gaming laptops featuring the powerful Core i7-13700H processor and RTX 4070 graphics card, but with a slightly lower 165Hz display, priced at US$1,749. Alternatively, the AORUS 17 with a 100% sRGB 240Hz display, which is identical in terms of specs, starts at US$1,849.
