Earlier this month Apple followed the tradition of mid-cycle colour update for the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus. Both devices were announced in the Yellow colour option. They were up for pre-order last week. Now both smartphones are now available for purchase in India via leading e-commerce platforms and retail stores across the country. Additionally, Flipkart and Amazon are also offering the new colour option at a discounted price.
The new Yellow colour option of the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus joins the existing Blue, Midnight, Purple, Starlight, and (Product) RED colour variants. The phone is only available in a new paint job. The rest of the key specifications, design as well as pricing remain the same.
The iPhone 14 starts at Rs 79,990 whereas the Plus variant starts at Rs 89,990 for the 128GB variant. The 256GB option carries a price tag of Rs 89,900 and Rs 99,900 respectively. Both Flipkart and Amazon are offering up to 8 percent instant discounts on the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus. This makes the iPhone 14 128GB and 256GB available for Rs 72,999 and Rs 82,999 respectively. On the other hand, the Plus model’s same configurations cost Rs 81,999 and Rs 91,999. Additionally, both smartphones can be purchased at a lower cost after availing exchange offer on old phone and bank offers.
The iPhone 14 and 14 Plus feature 6.1 and 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR OLED displays with a 60Hz refresh rate, 1,200 nits peak brightness, and True Tone. They are powered by an A15 Bionic chipset coupled with 4GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. The smartphones have 12MP + 12MP rear cameras and a 12MP selfie snapper.
