Realme GT Neo 5 SE Official Teaser

The first-ever official teaser for the Realme GT Neo 5 SE simply reveals that the device will be announced soon in China. It does not mention the launch date.

However, the teaser does say that it will be the ‘least SE’ (translate) smartphone in history. This suggests that, unlike other phones with SE branding, this one will not miss out on many features.

As per previous reports, the forthcoming Realme GT Neo 5 SE will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 1 chipset. This SoC is also expected to power the Redmi Note 12 Turbo, which will break cover as Poco F5 in global markets

This chip is anticipated to go official on March 17. A recent leak disclosed that this silicon will be a toned-down version of Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 2. There’s a chance that it could be called Snapdragon 7 Gen 2.

As far as other specs are concerned, the Realme GT Neo 5 SE is said to arrive with a 6.74-inch Tianma T7+ OLED display. This panel will offer a 1.5K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a 2160Hz PWM dimming.

The handset will sport a glass sandwich body with a metal (aluminum alloy) frame. It will pack LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and boot Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0.

It will come with a 64MP + 8MP + 2MP triple camera system, a 16MP selfie camera, an in-screen fingerprint sensor, an x-axis linear vibration motor, NFC, and an IR blaster. Last but not least, it will be backed by a 5,500mAh battery with support for 100W charging.
