Over the past few days, tech enthusiasts have been buzzing with excitement over leaked information regarding Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship device, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. According to reports, this top-of-the-line smartphone could hit the market before the end of the first half of 2023. Recently, the Pad 6 from Xiaomi had its charging specs leaked on the internet, which revealed 67W charging capabilities. Today, another juicy piece of information about the Xiaomi 13 Ultra surfaced.

Xiaomi 3C

Early this morning, Xiaomi 13 Ultra was listed alongside the Xiaomi Mi Pad 6 tablet on 3C Certification. The first model, “2304FPN6DC,” is said to be the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, while the second model, “23046RP50C,” is the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Pad 6 tablet. The 3C Certification provides a sneak peek at the charging capabilities of both devices. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra will come with the MDY-14-EC charger, which boasts a whopping 90W power capacity and supports various charging modes, including 15W (5V/3A), 10.8W-15W (3.6-5V/3A), and 30.5W-90W (5V-20V/6.1-4.5A). As mentioned previously, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 6 will be equipped with the MDY-12-EF charger, which has a 67W power capacity and supports charging modes ranging from 15W (5V/3A) to 31W-67W (5-20V/6.2-3.25A).

Compared to previous generation models, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra’s charging power has been upgraded from 67W to 90W, while the Xiaomi Mi Pad 6 has been upgraded from 33W to 67W.

In terms of specifications, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is rumoured to feature a 2K resolution E6 AMOLED curved display with a higher resolution than its predecessors. The device will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen2 flagship chipset, which is currently the best-performing SoC in Android-powered devices on the market. On the camera front, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will reportedly boast a quad-camera setup, including three Sony IMX858 50MP lenses (an ultra-wide-angle, 3x portrait telephoto, and periscope telephoto lens) and a Sony IMX989 primary 50MP sensor.

As for the Xiaomi Mi Pad 6, details about its specifications are still unknown. However, rumours suggest that both devices will be launched together in the month of May 2023, much to the delight of Xiaomi fans. There are high chances that more leaks might surface before their official launch, so those interested should definitely keep an eye out.
