Honor has announced a new affordable smartphone called the Honor 70 Lite, which will be available in global markets. Despite its low cost, the phone offers a decent range of features, including a modest display, capable cameras, and a large battery capacity. The front of the Honor 70 Lite is built around a 6.5-inch LCD display with a resolution of HD+ and a refresh rate of 60Hz. Under the hood, the 70 Lite features the Snapdragon 480+ chipset. The SoC is accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 128 GB of native storage.
The rear of the Honor 70 Lite includes a square-shaped camera island, which houses three cameras. These include a 50-megapixel main camera and two 2-megapixel cameras for macro and depth information. The phone also features an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.

The phone also comes with a large 5,000mAh battery that supports 22.5W fast charging via a USB-C port. The phone runs on Android 12 OS, which is overlaid with Magic UI 6.1. The security features available on the device include face unlock and a side-facing fingerprint scanner. It offers other features such as dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It measures 163.66 x 75.13 x 8.68mm.
