The Lenovo Legion Slim and the LOQ Gaming Laptops have been launched. The LOQ is a Lenovo sub-brand designed to deliver an enthralling gaming experience for users. It provides powerful and future-proof PCs. The new models are among several products released by Lenovo in recent weeks since MWC 2023.
The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 laptops run on Windows 11 and feature up to the Intel Core i9-13900H processor or an AMD Ryzen 97940HS. Their graphic cards are from Nvidia (up to GeForce RTX 4070). The 16-inch Lenovo PureSight gaming display features options including WQXGA, 240Hz, VRR, and 500 nits maximum brightness. The laptop is both useful for gamers and creators for enhanced gaming and workflow respectively.
The Lenovo Legion 7 series have the ColdFront 5.0 advanced thermal architecture that helps to keep the laptops cool even with intense loads. They feature quad copper hybrid heat pipes, a phase-change thermal compound, and a 90-blade fan system.
The laptops also have an improved air intake system while the Lenovo LA AI chip tunes thermal performance for maximum effect. The laptops come with a 99.99Wh battery with support for Super Rapid Charge of 140W.
The Lenovo Legion Slim 5i and 5 are available in two sizes – 16- and 14-inch options. The Slim 5i comes with an Intel Core i7-13700H while the Slim 5 is powered by the AMD Ryzen 97840H processor. They also feature the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 GPU and Legion ColdFront 5.0 heat management system. They come with several improvements for a great user experience and optimized performance. They have up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM and an 80Wh battery.
The Lenovo LOQ Gaming Laptops are available in a variety of options to satisfy new gamers’ expectations. The processor of the LOQ gaming laptops is either Intel- or AMD Ryzen. They come with the Nvidia GeForce 4060 graphics card. They offer higher FPS with reduced latency during gaming and battery life is optimized when not gaming. They have a comprehensive heat dissipation system combined with the Lenovo AI chip for optimization. Memory supported on the laptops is about 16GB/ 32GB. They offer up to 80Wh batteries that last up to 7 hours. They all support USB-C charging up to 140W.
The new Lenovo Legion and LOQ gaming laptops are priced starting at $899 for the Lenovo LOQ AMD model. Some of the models are priced as high as $1,769. The models will be available beginning in May 2023. They can be purchased or booked at the Lenovo Store, as well as other retail outlets.
