Realme has been active in the market lately, releasing several devices, with more planned for the near future. Among the upcoming devices is the Realme Buds Air 5 Pro true wireless stereo earphone. This earphone is rumored to be the successor to the Realme Buds Air 3 and is expected to be named the Realme Buds Air 5 Pro, skipping over the 4 series in its naming convention.
An image of the Realme Buds Air 5 Pro has been unveiled by TheTechOutlook, showcasing what the earbuds will look like. The design of both the earbuds and the charging case closely resembles that of the Buds Air 3. Since this design has proven to be popular among customers, the brand may have opted to stick with it rather than making significant changes. The earbuds are anticipated to be launched in three different color options: black, white, and a unique shade called Nature Green. Other than that, the report does not reveal much, so let’s take a look at its predecessor to get an idea of what to expect.
Realme Buds Air 3 specs
The Realme Buds Air 3 was launched in March 2023, equipped with 10mm dynamic drivers featuring a liquid crystal polymer diaphragm that delivers clear vocals and powerful bass. It supports Dolby Audio and offers customizable audio tuning options. One of its key features is the Active Noise Cancellation, which can reduce noise up to 42dB.
Normal mode usage provides up to 5.5 hours of battery life, extendable up to 30 hours with the charging case. Enabling the ANC feature reduces the total battery life to around 22 hours. The Buds Air 3 also includes features such as an 88ms low latency mode for gaming, transparency mode, dual device connection, touch controls for calls and media, and IPX5 sweat and splash resistance.
