Moto Razr 40 clamshell folding design revealed in leaked renders

The company has teased the launch of the Razr 40 series but an official release date is still unclear. These leaked renders were shared by MySmartPrice and showcase the entire design of the Razr 40 model, which is one of the two models planned for the series (the other model being the Razr 40 Ultra). Looking at these leaked images, we can see that the device features a clamshell folding design, with the panel also featuring a center aligned punch hole selfie camera.

Meanwhile, the rear packs a long camera module that also includes a small screen that displays important information like time and notifications. Next to this panel is a dual camera setup and an LED flash. Furthermore, the leaked official renders also reveals the color options for the upcoming clamshell folding phone. This includes a olive green, purple, and an off white cream option. Notably, the rear panel comes with a vegan leather finish as well, which should offer a premium feel.

Based on the leak, it is clear that Motorola is working on a new smartphone that follows the design of its existing Razr flagship folding phones and even the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4. Unfortunately, the source only offered renders of the new phone, but did not reveal any finer details like specifications or features. So stick around for more as we will be providing updates when additional information is available regarding this matter.
