iQOO has teased that the Neo 8 series will feature its self-developed V1+ chip. This chip, which will be present in both the Neo 8 and Neo 8 Pro, promises visual enhancement, power consumption reduction, and photography improvements. The V1+ chip features a 32MB on-chip high-speed cache and supports three algorithms, capable of reaching a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz. This chip further offers optimizations for night-time video and delivers excellent low-light video capabilities, even in environments with minimal lighting.

The iQOO Neo 8 Pro is confirmed to come with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage, positioning it as a high-end flagship device. Its AnTuTu benchmark score has outperformed every other Android phone on the platform, including the ASUS ROG Phone 7 series. More details about the Neo 8 series are anticipated in the coming days, with additional leaks and teasers expected before the official launch in China.
