Xiaomi has finally confirmed the launch date of the Civi 3, which will be a female-focused smartphone for the Chinese market. It is scheduled to go official at 2 pm (local time) on May 25.

The below-shown poster not only confirms the Xiaomi Civi 3 launch date but also gives a glimpse of its rear design. It seems that the device will be equipped with a circular camera module, which is completely different from the rear camera designs of the predecessor models. It is likely that the company may reveal the entire design of the Civi 3 through forthcoming teasers.

The Xiaomi Civi 3 will rival the likes of the Dimensity 8200-powered smartphones, such as the Oppo Reno 10 Pro and the Vivo S17 Pro, in the Chinese market. Recent reports have revealed a lot of information about the Civi 3. Here is a look at what to expect from the smartphone.

According to reports, the Civi 3 includes a 6.55-inch curved AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, along with an under-display fingerprint scanner. Powering the Civi 3 could be the Dimensity 8200-Ultra chipset, accompanied by LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It is expected to come with 12 GB of RAM, 256 GB of built-in storage, and a 4,500mAh battery that supports 67W rapid charging.

The pill-shaped camera cutout on the screen will be equipped with a 32-megapixel primary selfie camera and a 32-megapixel ultra-wide lens. A 50-megapixel Sony IMX800 primary camera with OIS support will be the focal point of the device’s rear-facing triple camera unit. The phone is expected to run on the MIUI 14-based Android 13 OS.
