Xiaomi has unveiled the MIJIA smart steam oven with a 1,300W power capacity in China. The MIJIA smart steam oven comes with a compact design and a 12L capacity. It offers rapid heating while its built-in NTC electronic temperature sensor and intelligent temperature control help to adjust the temperature. It provides various cooking scenarios including steaming, roasting, and grilling. The MIJIA smart steam oven can fit snugly into various kitchen sizes, as it is compactly designed.
The intelligent control chip of the MIJIA smart steam oven can adjust the temperature sequentially by 1ºC. This allows the user to accurately get the temperature required for various cooking tasks. The oven can be operated remotely via the MIJIA app. You can also get hundreds of cloud-based recipes for a customized cooking experience.
The heating time and temperature are intelligently controlled and it offers a convenient way of heating various food types. The oven’s grill has a linkage door structure for easy access to food and the package comes with food clips, measuring cup lids, a baking tray, and a crumb tray. The MIJIA steam oven will be available in a white colorway, as shown in images of the gadget. There could possibly be other color variants of the oven.
The Xiaomi MIJIA smart steam oven is available in China from various retail platforms including JD.com. The MIJIA smart oven has an introductory price of 249 yuan (~$35). Xiaomi has not provided any global availability and pricing information for the smart steam oven yet.
