The Nubia N5, an affordable 5G smartphone has gone official in China. The modest phone has an HD+ display, a Unisoc T700-series chipset, and a 50-megapixel camera. The Nubia N5 features a 6.517-inch IPS LCD panel with a teardrop notch. The screen produces an HD+ resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone comes preinstalled with MyOS 13-based Android 13.

The N5 has a 13-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls. Its rear shell has a 50-megapixel camera with an LED flash. The device lacks a fingerprint scanner. In its absence, the device comes with support for face unlock.

The Nubia N5 houses a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging. It is powered by the Unisoc T770 chipset and 4 GB of RAM. In China, the Nubia N5 comes in two options, such as 4GB RAM + 128GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. Both variants are priced at 1,499 Yuan (~$211) and 1,699 Yuan (~$239), respectively. The device comes in Crystal Black color. It is unclear whether the N5 will be released in markets outside of China.
