However, the star of the show will be the Galaxy Z Fold 5, which is rumored to come with a new and improved hinge mechanism along with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Ahead of the launch, the performance numbers of the smartphone have surfaced online via a Geekbench listing.

Spotted by Sammobile, the Geekbench listing reveals that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset inside the model number SM-F946B smartphone (Galaxy Z Fold 5 global model) has a base clock of 2.02GHz and a boost clock of 3.36GHz. It has an Android 13-based operating system equipped with 12GB RAM.
