Xpeng today announced its vehicle delivery results for June and the second quarter of 2023. According to the report, the company’s delivered 8,620 Smart EVs in June, representing a 15% increase over the prior month. Total Smart EV deliveries for the second quarter were 23,205 units, representing a quarter-over-quarter increase of 27%.

Xpeng has now delivered over 300,000 Smart EVs since the start of production. The company’s flagship P7 sedan remains its best-selling model, with deliveries of 5,592 units in June. The new G6 SUV also had a strong start, with deliveries of 2,748 units in its first month on the market.

In addition to its strong delivery numbers, Xpeng also announced a number of new initiatives. The company’s “AI Valet Driver” mode will be rolled out to all XNGP-equipped vehicles starting in the fourth quarter of 2023. This mode allows users to customize smart driving routes based on their preferences, making driving safer and more efficient.
