In May, Xiaomi unveiled the Xiaomi Pad 6 for the European market, confirming its upcoming release. Recently, the brand revealed official information regarding the pricing and the date of its initial sale.
Xiaomi Pad 6 European pricing & availability
Starting on July 10, Xiaomi will officially commence the sale of the Xiaomi Pad 6 in the European market, presenting customers with a choice of Gravity Gray, Gold, and Mist Blue color options. By default, the tablet comes equipped with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. However, certain countries, including Spain, will receive upgraded versions featuring 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
The pricing for the Xiaomi Pad 6 is set at £369/€399 for the 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant. As for the 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage version, it will not be available in the UK but will be priced at €449.99 elsewhere. Xiaomi is also offering enticing introductory offers, such as a complimentary pair of Buds 3T Pro earbuds for customers who place their UK orders before 23:59 on July 16.
Xiaomi Pad 6 specs
The Xiaomi Pad 6 features an aluminum body, distinguishing it from the plastic back of the Xiaomi Pad 5. It boasts an 11-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels (2.8K), a 144Hz refresh rate, and HDR10/Dolby Vision support. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC, it offers options of 6 GB or 8 GB RAM and storage capacities of 128 GB or 256 GB.
With a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera equipped with the FocusFrame feature, the tablet caters to photography and video call needs. Its quad speakers, combined with Dolby Atmos technology, provide an immersive audio experience. Connectivity options include WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, ensuring seamless wireless connections.
For creative enthusiasts, the Xiaomi Pad 6 is compatible with the optional Xiaomi Smart Pen 2nd Generation. The tablet also offers an official case with a kickstand for comfortable content consumption. Despite its slim profile, it houses a substantial 8,840mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging.
