Recently Xiaomi launched the Smart TV A series in India. Now the Chinese brand has announced that it will launch the Smart TV X series in the country on August 1. The upcoming televisions will debut alongside the Redmi 12 smartphone and Redmi Watch Active 3 smartwatch. Read on to know more below.
Xiaomi Smart TV X Series India launch confirmed
The upcoming Xiaomi Smart TV X Series will arrive as the successor to the last year’s models. The brand is teasing the Smart TV X Series as ‘Big is Back’. The new televisions are said to be big on everything including design, display and entertainment, experience, audio, and channel selection. Xiaomi has put up a microsite of the upcoming televisions on its official website. It reveals slim bezels around the display. However, the rest of the details remain unknown at the moment.
The Xiaomi Smart TV X series from last year is offered in 43, 50, and 55-inch screen sizes with a 4K resolution and support for HDR10, Dolby Vision, HLG, and Vivid picture engine. They are equipped with 30W speakers and feature Dolby Audio, DTS: Virtual X. The televisions are powered by a quad-core processor paired with 2GB RAM and 8GB storage.
The 2023 Xiaomi Smart TV X Series is expected to arrive with some upgrades compared to its successor. We can also expect the brand to tease a few details leading up to the launch event next week.
