The popular streaming service, Spotify, has started rolling out its new artificial intelligence-based DJ feature to 50 new regions across the globe. The feature was first introduced earlier this year and is seeing a broader release now.

Spotify AI DJ: What does it do?

For those unaware, the music streaming platform is bringing the new AI-powered DJ, which combines its personalization technology with generative AI and a dynamic AI voice. This basically offers users commentary in English and get recommendations based on their music preferences. In other words, the feature essentially is an interactive DJ.

As per official notes, the DJ feature will help introduce users to new songs or artists that they might have skipped previously. The new AI DJ is a feature exclusive to its Spotify Premium users. Subscribers simply need to open their app and head to the music feed on home and tap DJ. You can even access the feature from the Made for You section on the Search tab.
