Corsair has released its first keyboard with a magnetic axis, the K70 MAX. The new Corsair K70 MAX magnetic mechanical gaming keyboard is equipped with an adjustable Corsair MGX magnetic mechanical shaft. The keystroke of the new keyboard can be set from 0.4mm to 3.6mm with 0.1mm adjustments available.

The KS-20 magnetic axis was released back in June of this year. The application of the magnetic axis improves the feel of the mechanical axis and highlights the conduction technology that adjusts the stroke when pressing a key. During gameplay, the switch allows players to automatically adjust the trigger distance between 0.4mm and 4.0mm. The keyboard could be viewed as a custom Gadalon magnetic switch.

The Corsair K70 MAX features dual-point activation which allows the user to set two independent effects for each keypress. You can lightly press the key to walk and press it harder to run. Corsair MGX switches also offer a Quick Trigger mode on the K70 MAX through a software update later this year. This will further unlock the ultra-responsiveness of each key and allow players to compete in fast-paced games seamlessly.
