Xiaomi’s trend follows a triad of releases for its 14 series – the standard Xiaomi 14, the upgraded Xiaomi 14 Pro, and the top-tier Xiaomi 14 Ultra. Both the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro have made their appearance in the IMEI database, bearing model numbers 23127PN0CC/23127PN0CG and 23116PN5BC/23116PN5BG for the Chinese and global variants respectively. These two models are slated for a late 2023 launch probably in November or December.

Initial reports hint at the Xiaomi 14 Ultra being powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 platform, with the device bearing the codename “Aurora” as spotted in MIUI codes. For context, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, the immediate predecessor, boasts a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED Quad HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass Victus. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, it offers up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. Its impressive camera setup includes a 32MP front camera and a quad-rear camera system, each with a 50MP sensor.
