After recently debuting the 27-inch ViewSonic VX2776 2K OLED monitor in China last week, the brand has now unveiled a large 8K monitor called the ViewSonic VG3281. You can check out the details below.

The ViewSonic VG3281 is a 31.5-inch 8K monitor that delivers stunning visual clarity with its high-resolution IPS panel. It boasts an impressive pixel density of 279.73 Pixels Per Inch (PPI) for incredibly sharp images. The matte anti-glare screen surface ensures a comfortable viewing experience in various lighting conditions. While it offers a 60Hz refresh rate, its 1000:1 static contrast ratio and wide 178°/178° viewing angles provide vivid and accurate visuals from virtually any angle.

This monitor supports 10-bit colors. It comes factory-calibrated with a specified DeltaE of ≤1, and it also covers 99% Adobe RGB and 99% DCI-P3 color gamut, meaning that it is an excellent monitor for editing and content creation. The LED backlight offers a maximum brightness of 300 cd/m².

The VG3281 features a fully adjustable stand and VESA support (100 x 100mm) for flexible positioning. Connectivity options include 2 HDMI 2.1 ports, DP 1.4, USB-C with 96W Power Delivery, DP Alt Mode, and upstream data capabilities. For audio needs, there’s a 3.5mm audio output. Additionally, you’ll find 3 USB 3.0 ports (plus Type-B upstream) and KVM support for seamless multitasking. The monitor also incorporates Low Blue Light (LBL) settings for reduced eye strain during extended use.

Pricing and availability details for the global market are still under wraps, however, PCMonitors reveals that it has been selling in China for about $2400.
