Apple iPhone 15 Ultra may support spatial photos and video recording
The news arrives from Weibo (a Chinese microblogging website). Apparently, the Cupertino based giant’s upcoming flagship iPhone Ultra model may support spatial photos and videos for the Vision Pro headset. This model is expected to arrive after the Vision Pro launch, which is set for early 2024. Now, the latest rumor hints that the spatial videos and photos can be recorded directly from the iPhone Ultra model.

Reportedly, the iPhone Ultra will “lead the market to rethink what kind of photos and videos a mobile phone should take.” Although, it is still unclear what exact features this top-end iPhone will offer. But we can expect to see improvements in the camera sensors to enable spatial photos and videos recording. For those unaware, the Vision Pro uses Apple’s three-dimensional camera to capture there spatial videos and photos.
The feature was made to make capturing moments with more life in them. So, the iPhone Ultra model will likely feature new sensors and upgraded cameras to support direct recording. Keep in mind that this is still just an unconfirmed report, so take this news with a pinch of salt for now and stick around for more updates.
