Samsung has started to pick up the pace with its One UI 6 beta program. The flagship Galaxy S23 series has already received the One UI 6 beta 2 update last month, with reports about beta 3 also making rounds. Now, it seems Samsung is shifting its attention to the A series as Galaxy A54 has been added to the One UI 6 beta program.
Samsung Galaxy A54 users now have the opportunity to experience the One UI 6 beta version ahead of its official stable release. To participate in this program, interested users can simply enroll through the Samsung Members app on their Galaxy A54 devices. Once their application is accepted, they can proceed to install the One UI 6.0 beta update by navigating to the “Settings” menu and selecting “Software update.”
While the One UI 6.0 beta update is currently accessible in South Korea, it is expected to roll out to other markets in the near future. Since it is a build, users may face bugs and issues that might affect their usage. It is not recommended to install the beta update on your daily driver. In case you do, don’t forget to backup your existing data.
The One UI 6.0 Beta update includes a number of changes, including bug fixes and improvements. Samsung Health has been significantly enhanced, in line with the trend of One UI Watch 5.0. The Home screen of the app has been redesigned, and users can now customize their water cup settings. The update also includes fixes for various apps and features, such as S Pen, Repair Mode, Netflix, Multi-Window, and Music Share.
