Samsung released the Galaxy Watch 4 in 2021 with fitness tracking features. Almost 2 years after its release, the Galaxy Watch 4 is now receiving a WearOS 4-based One UI 5 watch update. This patch recently started appearing for users in the US. However, according to a recent report, the new update has made its way to India. Let’s go ahead and take a look at the post.

In a recent post on X (formally Twitter), Mukul Sharma shared screenshots of the Galaxy Watch 4 receiving the One UI 5 watch update. The new update brings various features and improvements, like adding watch faces and tiles on the watch easily. Users can turn the 360 Audio feature on/off with a new Galaxy Buds Controller tile. Galaxy Watch 4 owners can now check the battery level of their connected Galaxy devices, such as smartphones and earbuds. The complete changelog for the new update can be found on our website by clicking here.

Furthermore, the update will be visible with the build version ending in HWH5, and the size of the update will be around 1.7GB. Users should be able to get the update automatically. If you have not received the notification, you can go to Watch Settings> Watch software update and tap Download and Install to update the watch manually.
