The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is a highly anticipated smartphone from the company’s popular FE (Fan Edition) lineup. This model is expected to launch soon, but ahead of the official release, the device surfaced in a new certification platform.
Samsung Galaxy S23 FE IMDA
The South Korean tech giant’s Galaxy S23 FE recently surfaced on IMDA. The upcoming smartphone was expected to arrive in the fourth quarter of this year, although a recent sighting on Flipkart hints that the release could be right around the corner. Now, the device was spotted on Singapore’s IMDA certification platform, carrying the SM-S711B/DS model number. The certification confirms that it is a 5G enabled handset along with support for NFC, Bluetooth, and WiFi connectivity.

Unfortunately, the certification listing did not reveal any other finer details regarding the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE model. Just recently, the S23 FE’s design was revealed in a leaked 360 degree video, which showcased its boxy design. Based on what we know so far, the Galaxy S23 FE is expected to be offered in two chip variants, namely a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Exynos 2200 SoC. On the front, it is rumored to sport a 6.3-inch AMOLED display and a 10-megapixel selfie shooter on the front, while the rear features a 50-megapixel triple camera setup.
A 4,500mAh battery pack is expected to power this device which will support fast charging. Apart from IMDA, the device has also surfaced on other certification platforms like NBTC, TDRA, Bluetooth SIG, BIS, and others.
