Huawei announced FreedBuds 5 TWS earphones alongside new products launching at the Spring Flagship event. They arrived as a successor to FreeBuds 4, which was released in 2021. Now, according to a recent report that has surfaced online, the FreeBuds 5 earphones have received the HarmonyOS 4.0.0.178 firmware update.
This new HarmonyOS update adds a three-click gesture function that can be used to switch music. For those unaware, the FreeBuds 5 did arrive with tapping functions that can perform various actions.
