Tencent announced today that the Nintendo Switch Mario Red Edition will be released in China on October 6th, 2023. The console will be priced at 2,599 Yuan. The upcoming Nintendo Switch Mario Red Edition features a red main body, Joy-Con controllers, and Joy-Con wrist straps. The dock also features a red design with Mario’s silhouette and hidden coins.
Compared to the original Nintendo Switch, the OLED Model has a larger 7-inch OLED screen with narrower bezels. The dock also has a kickstand for more flexible viewing angles. The upcoming model also has a wider adjustable stand than the original Nintendo Switch, making it easier to find the perfect viewing angle when playing in tabletop mode.
The console also has 64GB of internal storage, twice as much as the original Nintendo Switch. This gives gamers more space to store their favorite games and saves.
