In February, OnePlus introduced the OnePlus Buds Pro 2R in India as a pocket-friendly alternative to the OnePlus Buds Pro 2. Both offer similar sound quality, but the 2R lacks a couple of features. Now, OnePlus has brought these earbuds to the European market.
OnePlus Buds Pro 2R specs
The OnePlus Buds Pro 2R shares most of its specs with the OnePlus Buds Pro 2, except for wireless charging and head tracking. These earbuds maintain the same design, featuring a glossy stem and a matte finish on the upper part.
In terms of sound, the Buds Pro 2R packs a punch with dual drivers, one measuring 11mm and the other 6mm. They offer adaptive active noise cancellation (ANC) of up to 48dB, allowing you to switch to a transparency mode for hearing your surroundings. For gaming and watching videos, the earbuds have an LHDC 5.0 audio codec and a swift 54ms low latency.
For connectivity, these earbuds use Bluetooth 5.2 and can be paired with two devices at the same time. The Buds Pro 2R comes with a total battery life of 39 hours with the charging case. On their own, the earbuds can last for 9 hours with ANC turned off. When you enable ANC, the playtime goes down to 6 hours.

The Buds Pro 2R is available for €149, and there’s a special introductory discount of €20 (which is 13% off) until September 25, 2023.
