According to a recent report, Samsung has started rolling out a September security patch for Galaxy A54. This update has already been available for a few days in different regions to download. Let’s go ahead and take a look at what this security patch has to offer.

Galaxy A54 users can now download the latest September Security patch on their devices. This new update comes with improved security, fixing over 62 security vulnerabilities found in the previous update. In these vulnerabilities, four fixes were marked as “Critical,” and 19 fixes were marked as “High,” as provided by Google. For those who wish to know more about this update, you can check our Samsung Fixes 62 Security holes story here.

The update arrives with a build version ending in AWI3, lacking other UI or feature improvements. However, users can try opting for the One UI 6 beta program for Galaxy A54. The beta comes with various new features and UI improvements, along with the September security patch. Those who are interested in participating can enroll through the Samsung Members App on their Galaxy A54 devices. Once the application is accepted, you will be able to install the One UI 6.0 beta update.

Additionally, to update the device to the latest version, users can go to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Alternatively, you can go to Samsung’s official firmware archive to download the update manually. We expect to receive more updates in the future. So Stay tuned.
