After OnePlus launched the OnePlus Pad mid-range tablet in India, the brand is now gearing up to launch an affordable tablet in the sub-continent called the OnePlus Pad Go. The official launch is scheduled for October 6, and we expect the live sale to kick off on October 7 or 8.
Ahead of the launch, the brand has started teasing the specs of the Pas Go. In the latest teaser, the brand has confirmed that the tablet will feature a large 8000mAh battery, paired with 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
Previously, details like the screen size, screen resolution, RAM, and storage were also confirmed by the brand. As per the teasers, the Pad Go will have an 11.35-inch 2.4K display with an aspect ratio of 7:5 and TUV Rheinland eye protection certification.
It will have a powerful quad-speaker setup tuned by Dolby. The maximum RAM and storage capacity available will be 8GB + 256GB. Lastly, the tablet will offer 4G LTE connectivity and 5G cellular data sharing. The only missing information at this point is the chipset, which is expected to be a MediaTek Helio G99. We also expect the tablet to run on OxygenOS 13.2-based Android 13 and feature a microSD card slot for additional storage. With all these impressive specs and features, the tablet could be a hit in the Indian market if priced reasonably.
