Vivo Y78t spotted on 3C

The Vivo Y78t has been spotted on China’s 3C certification website with the model number V2312BA. The charger of the device has a model number V4440LoA0-CN. The listing confirms that the device will support 44W fast charging.

A Weibo user added that the upcoming Vivo Y78t will likely be a rebadged version of the iQOO Z8x that launched in China in August this year. Additionally, the TENAA database of the smartphone has the same model number as the 3C certification. The image on the certification also reveals the device’s design from the front and the rear.

As per TENAA, the Vivo Y78t has a Black-colored squarish camera module housing a 50MP sensor and a secondary lens. The volume rocker and power buttons are on the right side with the latter likely doubling up as a fingerprint scanner. On the front, there is a centre-aligned punch-hole cutout display.

The core specifications of the Vivo Y78t remain unknown but if it is indeed a rebranded version of the iQOO Z8x, we can expect it to have a 6.64-inch FHD+ 120Hz display, a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC under the hood, and a 6,000mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging.
